SHIPPING
Please allow at least one week from purchasing to carefully pack your painting to make sure it arrives safely, and get it ready to ship & yes, we do ship worldwide!
All shipping charges are a flat rate based on your shipping address and product ordered. Shipping calculated at checkout.
Please double-check the address when purchasing because it will automatically print the label with said address.
All transportation costs are passed onto the customer.
**Isabel Alive is not responsible to pay any custom duties on international orders, all responsibility is with the customer once the item has been dispatched from Spain.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
PRICES
All prices are set in Euros. A conversion is made into your currency, with the prevailing exchange rate depending on the day of the purchase.
PAYMENT

GUARANTEE
An approval period of 7 days is offered to the buyer to return the artwork if not satisfied.
The shipping costs to return the artwork are passed onto the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or faulty. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
